5 bedroom w/ 3 separate king bedrooms, 1 queen Murphy bed and twin day bed , 5th bedroom has 2 full- bunk beds and 1 - twin trundle. Price listed is for up to 10 people (age 2yo and up). There is a maximum of 15* guest and a $50 per person fee any guest after the initial 10 guest. * A $50 pp fee will be applied to any unauthorized guest, regardless if it's for 1 hour or overnight. There is a ring doorbell camera for check-in and all guest will be counted at the door. Do not sneak in guest, you will be charged and subject to removal of the property for violating the rules. If police are called you will be subject to immediate removal from property and/or fine not exceeding 1,000$ this is a quiet residential block please respect quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Do not block the neighbors driveway.

Must be 21 to book. All guest under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 21 yrs or older. Large private driveway fits up to 3 large cars and also has off street parking for two vehicles in front of the house. Please disclose the correct amount of guest. You will be charged for any guest over the initial amount that you paid for. For any long stays 30 days or over you may be asked for a deposit you may be responsible for heating and electric cost. You may have to provide your own linens. You may have to provide ID before booking.
