Jacuzzi hot-tub, Bbq, fire pit, fenced in yard. 3 modern bathrooms, 5 smart TVs, poker/ bumper pool. Price listed is for up to 6 guests $50-pp fee charged for any add’l not to exceed 10 guest max. No unauthorized pets/guest. Unauthorized guest will result in a $50 pp fee. Must be 21 to book and stay.
